Battery Abuse Testing
We conduct a wide range of abuse tests on batteries for automotive and defence vehicles, subjecting them to damaging conditions potentially seen during transportation and service.
Our standard and bespoke testing can be performed at cell, module, and pack level, in all-weather conditions to recognised standards. We are a technical service of RDW and can issue E4 type approval for vehicles and battery systems. Our professional teardown team can assess how batteries have reacted and our tests are supported by high-speed cameras, thermal imaging, and gas detection.
Tests are performed safely at our dedicated private and secure battery abuse test facility.
